Aimee Fortney's Power Green Smoothie

Here's the list of ingredients: 

  • 1 green apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 pear, peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Place all in your blender, then blend. To keep your smoothie cold and thick, have apple and pear already cut and frozen.
