Rachel Holder's Flower Pot Hummus 3/31/15

Flower Pot Hummus

1/2 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 clove minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped green onion

2 TBSP olive oil

2 TBSP lime juice

dash cayenne, salt, pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Arrange in flower pots with baby carrots and parsley for tops.
