Looking for easy spring side dishes that are also healthy? Here's a yummy way to serve asparagus! (Plus you can't go wrong with lemon and cheese anything!)
On aluminum foil lined cookie sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, then add lemon juice, lemon zest and black pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese over top. Roast at 425 for 12 to 14 minutes.
