Many folks enjoy a nice "Irish Whiskey" for St. Patrick's Day, but you can whip up your own "Irish Cream" and make it a "Southern Cream" by using the Southern bourbon in your pantry. This keeps for weeks in your refrigerator and is so easy to make at home!
In a blender, blend all ingredients together, saving the almond and vanilla extracts for the next "blend." If it seems too thick, add a bit more coffee or heavy cream.
Add almond extract and vanilla last, then blend once more.
Pour into a mason jar or a bottle with a seal and refrigerate.
Shake before serving each, and enjoy in your coffee or over ice cream, or just straight over ice!
