Chef Nick's Smoked Salmon Rolls 1/27/15

Smoked Salmon Rolls

Serves 6-8

8 Ounces smoked salmon

¼ Cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons fresh dill

2 Tablespoons fresh chopped chives

½ Cup chopped celery

1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice

8-12 Mini top split dinner rolls or hot dog buns

1 Tablespoon unsalted butter

In a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat melt the butter. Open each roll and toast, cut side down in skillet. In a large bowl mix together mayo, dill, chives and celery. Crumble smoked salmon over bowl with fingers. Mix all together and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Spoon into buns and serve.
