Like the boozy orange ice cream we made early this year, this is a simple and easy recipe to do without an ice cream maker!
In a deep mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk, then add the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and bourbon.
Mix all ingredients together, then pour into a a container and freeze for at least four hours.
The bourbon can be omitted, but it helps the ice cream from getting too hard; as it will not freeze.
