Juice of 6 lemons
1 bulb garlic
1 in. piece of ginger
4 pineapple spears
Cayenne pepper to taste
2 drops of OnGuard Essential Oil
Peel garlic and separate cloves.
Juice garlic first, pushing through with lemons. Juice pineapple second and ginger last. Pour into glass, add OnGuard essential oil, stir, and top with cayenne pepper.
