Signature Recipe for Jalapeno Cornbread

2 ½ cups White self-rising cornmeal

1 cup self-rising flour

½ cup sugar

1 lg egg

½ cup water, ½ cup whole milk, ½ cup canola oil.

Blend well then add, 1 cup chopped jalapenos, ½ cup chopped yellow onion, 1 cup creamed corn, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.

Grease muffin pan and fill ¾ full, bake at 350* for 25 mins.
