NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A former soccer coach will serve time in prison after pleading guilty to having sex with some of the players.

George "Rico" Laise was indicted last year on dozens of counts of statutory rape and other felony crimes.

After his arrest in the summer of 2013, two more former players came forward and admitted they had sexual relationships with him too.

Laise decided to take a plea deal on 15 of the 42 charges against him. In return for his plea, Laise received a 12-year prison sentence.
