At San Marcos in Toledo, inspectors spotted gnats in the bakery case. Plus, no soap was at the handwashing sink, and food was not being held at the proper temperature.  They received 9 violations.

Jade Express in Oregon was handed 8 violations for things like food held at the proper temperature and dirty utensils.  The health inspector also said the facility was in need of general cleaning.

Spaghetti Warehouse on Superior was slapped with 7 violations.  The restaurant was busted for old date stickers on clean containers and food not held at proper temperature.  Gnats were also found in the bar and beverage area.
