NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

One of two suspects in a fatal shooting on Ellington Parkway in March has been arrested.

Police say 21-year-old Antonio Porter surrendered to police late Sunday night. According to police, Porter admitted during an interview with officers that he was involved in the shooting.

Porter and 27-year-old Barry Moore were both indicted on first-degree murder charges by the Davidson County Grand Jury on Friday.

Justin Roake, 21, was shot in the head while driving north on Ellington Parkway on March 15.

According to police, Roake and a friend were at the Mag Market on Dickerson Pike a few minutes before the shooting. Police say Porter and Moore are believed to have also been at the market.

Roake's passenger is accused of firing a shot in the air as they drove away.

Shots were later fired at Roake's car from a Ford Expedition, and Roake died after being hit in the head.

Police say they believe Porter and Moore may be responsible for firing the shots.

Porter is being held in the Metro jail without bond, pending a hearing.

The search continues for Moore. Anyone who knows Moore's whereabouts is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
