Take plain ol' ground turkey and turn it into sausage that is perfect for breakfast or a dinner dish with steamed vegetables!
My husband Michael came up with this recipe, and I only tweaked it a little! Instead of honey, I used pancake syrup, and instead of crushed red pepper, I used cayenne pepper.
Mix all ingredients together then form into little patties. Heat your skillet and add olive oil; then add the patties to your heated skillet. Cook on both sides until done; about 5 minutes per side.
