NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The hunt is on for the man police say robbed the 5/3 Bank on Thompson Lane in South Nashville Saturday afternoon.

Police say Kershawn Globe walked into the bank, demanded money and then took off.

Detectives tracked the money to a house on Elissa Lane. Police say Globe was there too, but ran off once police got there. He then reportedly stole a car from a Shell gas station on Elm Hill Pike, drove to Wave Country and tried to steal another car.

Moments later, police say a woman driving a silver Toyota Camry pulled up and picked up the suspect.

Police arrested Darrin Carver, who police say was Globe's accomplice. Police say Carver drove Globe to and from the bank.

Carver is expected to face federal charges in connection to the bank robbery Monday morning.

Anyone with information about the suspect or where he might be found are asked to call police.
