Aimee Fortney's Feel Good Protein Drinks

(For breakfast/lunch or even a bedtime snack!)

1 cup low fat Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon honey

1 cup frozen peaches or mango

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 cups vanilla soymilk (or almond milk or milk)

handful of spinach

1 (or 2) Tablespoons ground flaxseed

Place all ingredients in your blender, then blend until you reach the desired consistency. Because, as I always say, "Fruit won't dilute," your texture will be cold, thick and creamy like a milkshake! Perfect for breakfast on the run, a light but filling lunch, or even a late-night bedtime snack!
