Ingredients

(Easy to double or triple this recipe)

1 cup almonds

1 cup banana chips

1/2 cup dried cranberries 

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Freeze grapes to keep food in your cooler cold as well as refreshing treats - what I always have at the beach!

Buy your lunch meat and all of your favorite fixings before hitting the road. Then, make sandwiches the night before and pack in zip top bags. Pack peanut butter and jelly if that's your favorite (or for the little ones) and remember things like avocado, tomato, mustard and mayo. Pack plastic knives, spoons and forks for the car, and re-use grocery bags for trash bags. Easy cleanup, and no tummy woes from drive-thru meals!
