A Midstate man is facing murder charges after a woman overdosed on drugs at his home.
Police believe David Skelton, 45, supplied Kathy Williams, 26, with prescription pills. Williams ended up dying from an overdose.
Skelton was charged on Tuesday with second-degree murder.
Williams died May 26 and was staying with Skelton at the time of her death.
The Leaf-Chronicle reported authorities found extreme levels of prescription drugs in her system.
Skelton is also charged with conspiracy to sell hydrocodone and oxycodone, which are prescribed to relieve pain.
