2 cups orange juice (I really like to use an orange juice with lots of pulp)
2 cups frozen mango chunks (can use any fruit you love!)
Mix the orange juice and frozen mango in the blender then pour into paper cups. Allow to freeze for about 30 minutes or an hour, then insert popsicle sticks. Allow to freeze, completely until set; about four hours. Enjoy!
AIMEE FORTNEY'S HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE YOGURT POPS
1 small box (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding
2 cups vanilla soymilk (or almond milk or milk)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 Tablespoons Nutella (or any other chocolate-hazelnut spread)
Whisk together the pudding and soymilk. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set up; about 10 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and add in the yogurt and Nutella. Pour into popsicle molds or small, paper cups. Insert stick and allow to freeze until set; about four to six hours.
