NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Country singer Chris Young has canceled his autograph session for Friday at the CMA Music Festival after injuring his hand.
According to a news release from Monarch Publicity, Young cut his left hand while cooking a late dinner after his annual fan club party Thursday and was taken to a Nashville-area hospital.
Young was supposed to have a four-hour fan autograph session Friday but had to cancel it.
According to the release, Young is expected to make a full recovery and make his planned appearance at LP Field on Saturday night.
Back in August, Young contracted a serious leg infection in Colorado while on his way to a concert.
