Aimee Fortney's Baked Banana S'mores and S'mores Martini

If rain prevents you from having outdoor s'mores, bring them inside and bake them! Make baked banana s'mores and make s'mores martinis, for the adults!

AIMEE FORTNEY'S BAKED BANANA S'MORES AND S'MORES MARTINI

Makes 6

  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1 Hershey bar, broken into pieces
  • 1 banana, sliced thin
  • 12 marshmallows

Break graham crackers in half. Place two pieces of chocolate (two rectangles) on the bottom. Slice bananas and place on top of chocolate, then add the marshmallows on top of the bananas. Place in a pie plate and bake at 350 for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the marshmallows are soft. Remove from the oven and place the top of the graham cracker on the mixture. Enjoy!

AIMEE FORTNEY'S S'MORES MARTINI

Makes 2

  • Simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 marshmallows, frozen on toothpicks (2 per toothpick)
  • 2 shots Pinnacle Chocolate Whipped Vodka
  • 2 shots Pinnacle Marshmallow Vodka
  • 2 shots Pinnacle Cookie Dough Vodka
  • 2 shots vanilla soy milk

Place graham crackers on a saucer. Dip your fingers in simple syrup and run along the edges of two martini glasses. Dip the glasses with the simple syrup into the graham cracker crumbs. In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake the chocolate whipped vodka, marshmallow vodka, cookie dough vodka and vanilla soy milk. Strain and pour into two martini glasses. Enjoy!
