Ingredients 6-8 medium zucchiniSpices to season (I use garlic powder, onion
powder, and oregano.)1 Jar of organic Marinara sauce (or make your
own!)Block of parmesanUse a julienne peeler (or a mandolin slicer with
the zucchini long-ways) to slice the zucchini into thin, noodle-like pieces.
Spray a stoneware or glass baking dish with cooking spray and layer zucchini
"noodles" on bottom. Sprinkle with seasoning (approx. 1/2 tsp each).
Pour sauce over noodles. Place covered in microwave and cook on HIGH power for
5 minutes. Remove from microwave and sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan
