NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A trio of robbery suspects have been arrested after police say they stormed into a convenience store and opened fire inside.

The crime happened at Lee's Market on 17th Avenue North on Monday.

Workers told police that two masked men walked in waving guns and demanding money.

One of the men allegedly ordered them to the back, demanded the surveillance video and then shot the computer the footage was on.

Police say they other man stole cigarettes, lottery tickets, cash, wallets and cell phones.

The pair then allegedly jumped into a car and took off.

About 30 minutes later, an officer pulled them over, noticed the stolen items and guns, and took them into custody.

Police say Savion Carrethers confessed to the crime and named Laterrace Kerley as the other gunman and Teriante Merrell as the getaway driver.

All three are now charged with robbery with a deadly weapon.
