Hearing on failed union vote at VW plant

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WSMV) -

Tennessee lawmakers will be under the microscope tomorrow. The National Labor Board will hold a hearing on the failed union vote at the Chattanooga Volkswagen Plant.

Both Governor Haslam and Senator Bob Corker have been called to testify, but Sen. Corker says he won't be attending.

Officials want to know if state lawmakers illegally tried to sway the union vote at the plant.

Some say Gov. Haslam threatened to pull incentives from the plant if employees formed a union. The governor has denied any wrongdoing.
