SYLVANIA TOWNSHIP, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Several area police departments have been working to catch two men they say are responsible for dozens of car break-ins. Undercover Sylvania Township officers finally arrested them on Monday.

Jorge Selvera and Christopher Starcher were arrested after Sylvania Township Police say the undercover officers watched them break into two cars at The Andersons store in Sylvania Township Monday afternoon.

"I went to The Andersons to picked up a loaf of bread. I was in there for 10 minutes. When I came out my car had been broken into," said one of the victims, named Cari.

Cari's belongings were recovered by police.

Perrysburg, Toledo and Sylvania Township Police departments were all exchanging information in an effort to catch Selvera and Starcher.

Cari says she is glad they are off the street.

"I heard they've been doing it to a lot of people. So even though I had to pay $200 dollars for a new window I'm glad they won't do it to anyone else," said Cari.
