President's advisor coming to Nashville to talk education

Posted: Updated:
NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A top White House official will be in Nashville this week to talk education.

This visit comes just a few months after President Obama visited McGavock High School to talk about education reform.

We're told the president's advisor will join hundreds of educators to tour the academy programs at Metro Schools.

He'll also make a speech on Tuesday about redesigning the high school experience -- something that's expected to build on remarks the president made during his visit.
