CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -

Increasing winds through the Tennessee Valley created headaches for power crews Tuesday.

On Thrasher Pike, a large tree fell across the road near the Oakleigh subdivision, taking power lines down.

In Knoxville, the strong winds tore panels from the Jumbotron at Neyland Stadium.

Our news partners at the News Sentinel report that one panel fell into a nearby parking lot and struck a parked vehicle.

Wind advisories have been issued for much of the Channel 3 viewing area until 11:00pm tonight.
