There have been two explosions at a plant in west Tennessee; the last explosion happened within the last hour.
The explosions took place at the Kilgore plant located in Toone, which is in Hardeman County.
The first explosion was first reported just before 11 a.m..
WMCTV in Memphis says several workers were injured, and this isn't the first time there's been trouble at this plant.
Hardeman County Sheriff John Doolen says a machine blew up and injured employee Micheal Chism.
It's been almost four years since the last explosion in September 2010.
Two people were injured during that explosion, and one later died due to complications from the injuries.
Back then, officials found the site overloaded with flammable materials.
Then the Tennessee division of OSHA recorded 14 violations, some considered serious.
The investigation into what caused the most recent explosion this afternoon is ongoing.
