A celebrity deer hunter from Dickson is in trouble with the law again, and this time his wife and daughter were arrested, too.
William "Spook" Spann and his wife, Marty Spann, were arrested on charges related to tampering with evidence on Spann's cell phone.
The state believes William Spann was trying to destroy evidence that showed various hunting indiscretions.
When police searched the Spann home, they found a small amount of marijuana in Cassandra Spann's room. They arrested her on drug charges.
In August 2013, William Spann pleased guilty to illegally killing a deer in Kansas and bringing the antlers back to Tennessee.
Under the terms of his probation, he wasn't supposed to hunt again for a full year.
