2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened (chocolate works, too!)
1 to 1 1/2 cups milk (or Vanilla soy milk or almond milk may be used)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons red velvet cake mix
1 shot cake vodka if desired
Mix all ingredients in the blender and blend well. To sugar rim your glasses, use either vodka or a clear soda, and dab your finger tip in that, then run it along the inside and outer edges of your glass. Dip your glass into a saucer that has your sugar colored sprinkles.
