TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -
No one will be charged after a man was shot and killed outside a south Toledo club in the early morning hours of November 13, 2013.
Police say 26-year-old Jomar Quinn was shot after an altercation escalated outside Royale Place, a south Toledo club near Airport Highway and Wenz Road. Just hours after the shooting, police said they knew who pulled the trigger, but had not made an arrest.
Now, a Lucas County grand jury has decided not to induct the shooter. The day of the shooting police said he or she had a license to carry a concealed weapon and that Quinn was armed at the time of the shooting.
