If you feel like staying in this Valentine's Day weekend, here are two easy recipes you can whip up for you and your Valentine to enjoy!

AIMEE FORTNEY'S FINGER FOODS TO FEED YOUR VALENTINE - SEASONED OIL BREAD DIPPING SAUCE

  • 4 fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Place all seasonings on a small plate. Next, drizzle olive oil over plate and serve with crusty bread

AIMEE FORTNEY'S VALENTINE CAKE MARTINI

  • 2 shots of Pinnacle Cake Vodka
  • 2 shots of Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
  • 2 shots of butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 "shots" of heavy cream

Shake all ingredients over ice. If wanting a chocolate cake taste, add 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce. Serve in chilled martini glasses. To sugar rim the martini glass, pour a small amount of vodka into the cap of the bottle and dip your finger tips into the vodka, then run it along the outside and inside edges of the glass. Pour the sugar sprinkles onto a small saucer, then dip the vodka rimmed glass into the sugar.
