Nashville Restaurant Week is back with more than 40 locally owned restaurants offering special menus with special prices ranging from about $20 to $30.
The semi-annual event starts Monday and runs though Jan. 26, and local chefs say they are preparing for a rush.
"We have to prepare to make a lot of dishes that can be executed really quickly because we know those are the dishes people are going to come for. We're going to sell a ton of them, so easy execution is the biggest part of planning," said Paul Ent, chef at Watermark, which is located in The Gulch.
