TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

An interim complaint from the Pima County Courthouse shows new developments in a case involving a Casa de los Ninos employee who allegedly spied on a 12-year-old girl while she was bathing.

The documents state Mark Loebe voluntarily went to the main police station for an interview. He said he opened the shower door and asked the girl about her hair, but said he only looked at her face.

The 12-year-old previously told authorities Loebe watched her get dressed after the shower.

He pleaded not guilty to the voyeurism charges and his wife said they are in the process of getting an attorney.
