Police intercepted a car full of drugs that was on its way into Kentucky Wednesday night.

Kentucky State Police got a tip that a shipment of meth was on its way to Kentucky from Georgia and spotted the car around 11 p.m. in Cadiz.

Cadiz officers and state police stopped and arrested 27-year-old Christian Gonzalez, 26-year-old Jamelle Morris and 20-year-old Heather Sherwood on U.S. 68 near Roger Thomas Road.

Police say they found $5,500 worth of meth hidden in Gonzalez's pants.

The group from Marietta, GA, was taken to the Christian County Jail.

The Murray Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff's Office helped with the investigation.
