Patients at the Madison Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on Larkin Springs Road were evacuated Tuesday morning due to sprinkler issues.
The nursing staff moved an estimated 25 patients to a common area while the sprinkler issues were addressed.
Sprinkler repair workers happened to be somewhere else in the building, so they were able to quickly work on the problem.
Officials say one room had a water line burst from a sprinkler. When the sprinkler system goes off, the fire department is automatically called.
