Aimee Fortney's Lemon Cream Pie Cocktail & Lightened Up Pumpkin Dip

As we get ready for New Year's Eve, here are two, easy recipes to share with your guests! A lemon creme pie cocktail and a healthy, lightened up pumpkin dip!

AIMEE FORTNEY'S LEMON CREAM PIE COCKTAIL

Spanish cava
Lemon Sorbet
Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka 

If making this for a crowd, take your melon baller and make "balls" of the lemon sorbet. Place on a cookie sheet or place two (sorbet balls) per martini glass in the freezer. When ready to serve, place two sorbet balls per glass, then add cava and about one shot of whipped cream vodka to each drink.

AIMEE FORTNEY'S LIGHTENED UP PUMPKIN DIP

1 can of pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups of low fat frozen whipped topping
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 (overflowing) teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers and enjoy!
