Good Friday! You thought yesterday morning was old? This morning, temps are running about 5-7 degrees BELOW where we were yesterday. There are lots of readings in the teens and low 20s this morning.
An approaching front is going to change our weather dramatically over the next few days. Through today, clouds will build, and winds will shift from the north to a more southerly flow. This will allow our temps to warm into the low 50s (yesterday we didn't get past 44).
Tonight, we will have overcast skies with a few showers developing overnight. The clouds and southerly winds will combine to once again keep our temps mild. Lows Saturday morning will be around 40 degrees.
Expect rain showers through the day Saturday. The heaviest rain will be during the late morning and early afternoon, but we could see some light scattered showers as late as Saturday night.
The rain will taper off Saturday night into Sunday morning. Sunday will still be cloudy, though. I will also be colder with highs dropping into the low 40s.
Next week will be fairly comfortable with sunshine and highs in the 50s through at least Thursday.
