Good Thursday. Keep the coats within reach all day today.
Temps this morning are in the mid to upper 20s, and a few degrees warmer than this time yesterday. However, a cold fetch of air to our west will move in this afternoon, keeping our highs in the low to mid 40s. With the chilly air, we still will have sunny, blue skies today.
Tonight will be mostly clear, and temps will drop back into the mid to upper 20s tonight into Friday morning.
Through Friday, clouds will build ahead of an area of low pressure to our west that will bring rain to the plains Friday, and the Tennessee Valley Saturday.
Rainfall amounts will be fairly light, ranging from .25" to .50" Saturday.
Highs Saturday will reach the low 50s. Sunday, the rain will be gone, but clouds will remain, and colder air will move back in. The high Sunday will only climb to about 43.
Next week should be uneventful starting out. Sunshine Monday through at least Thursday with highs in the low to mid 50s and lows in the upper 20s and low 30s.
