McMINNVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Families and friends are mourning the loss of four Warren County High School seniors killed in a fiery car crash overnight Saturday on Viola Road.

They are grappling with the burdensome question: How do you say goodbye? Goodbye to sons, a daughter, siblings, friends. All teenagers, gone too soon.

"I'm just trying to make sense of it," said Kim Dykes whose son, Kaimen Collins, died in the crash. "I'm just trying to grasp anything. Why? Where? How come? Anything we can make sense of it all."

Collins, 17, Dominique Pinegar and Christopher Frazier and a female classmate were out playing tag, Collins' mother told Channel 4 News. All four died in the crash. She had given her son her red Camaro to drive. She had talked to him just hours before the crash.

"I tried to call him, and I tried to text him," Dykes said. "He always answered or called or text back, and he never responded."

"I keep hoping I will wake up from this nightmare, and I will have my brother back," said Shelbie Tubbs, the older brother of Frazier.

All the teens were seniors at Warren County High School and had plans to attend college. Friends said Collins, Pinegar and Frazier were inseparable. They say they had personalities that would light up any classroom.

Frazier's sister said her brother loved math and wanted to attend the University of Memphis and study accounting. Collins' mother said her son wanted to attend MTSU and study computer science.

April Collins, the aunt of Pinegar, said he was smart and could be anything he wanted to be.

"He was always happy," Collins said about her nephew. "He was always making other people happy.
