GALLATIN, TN (WSMV) -

Officials say a man with a traumatic brain injury who went missing in Gallatin overnight has been found.

Lenny Dean, 50, went missing from a brain injury rehabilitation center on Hartsville Pike around 11:15 p.m. Wednesday.

He was last seen walking down Center Drive toward Hartsville Pike from the facility, which is the area where he was found.

Police say Dean has lived at the center for the last four years since the car accident that caused his brain injury.
