GAINESVILLE, FL (RNN) - No. 16 Florida hopes to tarnish Middle Tennessee's undefeated season at a home game Thursday night.

But the Gators are having point guard problems.

Point guard Kasey Hill badly sprained his ankle when the Gators (3-1) played Southern University on Monday. Coach Billy Donovan said he thinks Hill be sidelined for about a month.

The Gators are also without point guard Scottie Wilbekin, who is suspended indefinitely.

"We don't have necessarily a primary, pure point guard on our team at this point in time, but I do think we have enough handling and skill to be able to handle it," Donovan told the media on Wednesday.

Casey Prather leads Florida with an average 19.3 points per game.

The Blue Raiders (4-0) are on the road for the first time this season. Shawn Jones leads Middle Tennessee with an average of 16.3 points and nine rebounds.

This is the second meeting between the two programs. They last played in November 2012 in Tampa. The then No. 10 Gators won 66-45.

Tipoff at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center begins at 7:30 p.m. Eastern and will air on ESPN3.
