1 pizza dough
1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large Granny Smith apple, diced
1 teaspoon apple pie spice (or cinnamon and allspice mixed)
Roll out pizza dough onto a greased cookie sheet and prick all over, with your fork. (This prevents the dough from bubbling up while in the oven). Bake at 425 for 10 to 12 minutes; or until browned. Remove from oven and allow to cool a bit before adding topping. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Spread on top of the pizza crust. In a separate bowl, add diced apple and apple pie spice and stir well to coat the apples. Top the pizza with this apple mixture, then serve and enjoy!
