Wagner Wins Big in Toyota Bassmaster Weekend Series National Championship

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Adam M. Wagner from Cookeville, Tenn., won the 2013 Toyota Bassmaster Weekend Series National Championship tournament held Nov. 6-9 on Old Hickory Lake. The event was presented by American Bass Anglers.
Wagner finished with a four-day total of 19 bass weighing 48.59 pounds to edge out second place finisher Marshall W. Thompson Jr. of Paducah, Ky. by a little over a half of a pound.
For the victory, Wagner took home a check for $100,000 and earned a berth into the 2014 Bassmaster Classic which will be held Feb. 21-23, 2014, on Lake Guntersville in northern Alabama.
