Man in critical condition after shooting in Nashville
NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A man was shot in the leg at an apartment complex in Nashville around 12:30 a.m. Friday.
A woman says she woke up in the middle of the night and heard a man screaming at the Village Place Apartments on Oak Valley Drive. She says the man stumbled into an apartment claiming he had been shot.
The 20-year-old told police he was by his car when he was robbed and shot.
The man was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with a life-threatening injury. He is said to be in critical condition.
Police are currently searching for the shooter.
