Couple arrested for making meth with children in home

FORT OGLETHORPE, GA (WRCB) -

A Fort Oglethorpe woman and her boyfriend are behinds bars, for allegedly making meth with children in the home.

Tammy Plaster and Zack Beaudot were arrested Wednesday at their apartment, after a search turned up several meth making products.

Officers were called to the scene after being contacted by the Battlewood Apartments' management on complaints of chemical odors coming from the unit.

Two small children inside the home were taken to a local hospital for evaluation.
