Antioch man added to TBI's Most Wanted list

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The TBI is searching for a Davidson County man who has been added to the Top Ten Most Wanted list.

Dequan Hasani Bertrand of Antioch is wanted on one felony count of especially aggravated kidnapping, one felony count of aggravated robbery and one felony count of aggravated burglary.

Bertrand, 19, could be connected to a home invasion on Moores Lane that happened on Oct. 12. Police say two men forced their way inside the home and one of them held the residents at gunpoint while the other ransacked the home. Approximately $2,400 in items was stolen from the home.

Police say they were able to identify Bertrand through the use of the victim's credit card.

Bertrand is also being investigated by the Belle Meade Police Department and the Metro Nashville Police Department in connection to similar crimes.

He is last known to live at 181 Tusculum Rd. in Antioch and has a criminal history of theft and a juvenile arrest record.
