NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A woman who was arrested overnight is accused of lighting her father's home on fire.

Neighbors near 28th Avenue reported they saw the man's daughter run out of the home minutes before the fire started on Oct. 3.

Antoinette Martin was arrested Thursday night on felony arson charges.

Police say Martin and another man loaded up a truck with a television and other things from her dad's house about three minutes before the fire broke out.

Martin's father told police that Martin had made threats to burn the house down.

Two weeks after the fire, Martin is in Metro jail.

Police say witnesses were key in this investigation.
