(WRCB) - Good Thursday. We're getting just enough light rain to be annoying this morning. Look for the light sprinkles to continue until the afternoon, then cool, dry air will move in.
The area of low pressure bringing the rain will continue sliding east. By early afternoon, most (if not all) of the light rain will be east of our area, and high pressure will begin to build in. That will shift our winds this afternoon. Look for northerly winds to begin bringing in cooler air late today into tonight. Highs today will only reach about 70, and lows tonight will drop to about 50 as skies clear out.
Friday will be a perfect October day with sunny skies and highs near 70.
Another front will press through Saturday, but it will have very little moisture to work with so I don't expect any rain with this one. It will reinforce the cool air, however, knocking lows Sunday morning into the low 40s, and highs Sunday in the upper 60s.
Also expect quite a bit of patchy fog as you head out today.
