A Kentucky man is facing felony charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized about $9,000 worth of pills on Interstate 75 in Wood County early Monday.
Troopers stopped a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer with Kentucky registration for a vehicle defect on I-75 near milepost 199 around 2:50 a.m.
During a consent pat-down for weapons of the driver, a baggie containing 353 Oxycodone pills and 55 Ecstasy pills fell from the driver's pants.
The driver, Frank Jolliff, 24, of Ashland, KY, was incarcerated in the Wood County Jail. He has been charged with possession and trafficking in drugs, which are second-degree felonies.
