These certainly don't have to be just for breakfast, but these are quick and easy and wonderful for you and your kids to eat on the go!
Makes 4 sandwiches
8 slices cranberry breakfast bread
8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 Tablespoons honey
2 to 3 large bananas, sliced
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and honey together. Spread this mixture on bread, then top with banana slices. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat, then coat with cooking spray. Cook the sandwich until toasted on each side.
