UPDATE: Teenager killed in Bradley County crash

UPDATE: Bradley County Sheriff's Office is continuing to investigate a fatal traffic crash that occurred Friday night on Bryan Circle.
 
The Bradley County Sheriff's Office tells Channel 3 that a Ford Mustang rounded a curve before leaving the road and striking a utility pole.

13-year-old Ciara Alexis Pagan of Bradley County who was sitting in the backseat died from her injuries.
 
The driver 38-year-old Shawn David Toll was transported to Erlanger Medical Center by Bradley County EMS.
 
There were two more passengers in the car, a 14 year-old female was treated at SkyRidge Medical Center, and a 13 year-old declined treatment at the scene.
 
Bradley County Sheriff's Office will continue to investigate to determine what if any factors, contributed to the cause of the crash.
 
Bradley County Sheriff's Office tells Channel 3 this is the fifth traffic death this year in Bradley County.

 


 

Traffic investigators are on the scene of a fatal accident.

It happened Friday evening on Bryan Circle near Lou Drive.

Bob Gault, spokesperson for the Bradley County Sheriff's Office, says a vehicle left the road and struck a utility pole.

The driver, an adult, was transported to Erlanger Medical Center with injuries.

One of three teenagers in the car was killed in the crash.

Gault tells Channel 3 the victim is 13 years old.

Another teen was taken to Skyridge for treatment.

Gault says the names of those involved will be released once family members are notified.

The crash remains under investigation.
